These Terms & Conditions govern the tours and experiences offered by My Heart in Rome (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. About us
My Heart in Rome is an independent provider of guided Vespa, Fiat 500 and golf cart tours in Rome, Italy. You can reach us at info@myheartinrome.com or +39 380 786 27 75.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Please provide accurate contact and booking details, including your preferred date, time and pick-up point.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made through our secure checkout or an authorised booking partner.
4. Cancellations & changes
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour start time for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
5. Your responsibilities
On our tours you travel as a passenger with a professional driver-guide. You agree to follow all safety instructions, wear the helmet provided, and behave responsibly during the experience. Please inform us in advance of any health condition that may affect your participation (see our Safety Information).
6. Photos & media
On photo tours, images are taken by our team and shared with you after the experience. With your consent, we may use selected photos for promotional purposes; you can withdraw this consent at any time.
7. Liability
Our tours are operated by experienced, licensed drivers. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (for example weather, traffic or force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Rome.
