This Refund Policy sets out when and how refunds are issued for tours booked with My Heart in Rome.
When you are entitled to a refund
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour start time, or if we cancel your tour and no suitable alternative time can be arranged.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable cases
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are not refundable.
