Free cancellation
You can cancel your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund.
Late cancellation & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to arrive at the meeting point (no-show), are not eligible for a refund.

If we need to cancel
In case of bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will first contact you to reschedule for another time or date. If we cannot find a suitable slot, you will receive a full refund.
